Our largest mill has a bed size off 50" X 20" X 25" we have also accommodated components larger in size due to the versatile milling machines in our plant, components as long as 210" have been machined. Our milling operations are performed on the latest high tech machinery found in today's market. High speed cutting, large tool holding capacities, user friendly controls, ports for pc plug inn's, graphic display etc...

CNC TURNING CENTER ( ALL HITACHI-SEIKI )
Our largest Turning capacity is 10" O.D X 22" in length(long). We have although machined 11.5" in O.D in our CNC lathes. Our lathe operations are faster and more
accommodating due to the high tech machinery we have in our facility. Quick change tooling, conversational programming, p.c data ports, quick tool releasing, these are just some off the features that make our turning centers one off the best machines in CNC manufacturing.
MANUAL MILLING AND TURNING ( COLCHESTER , BRIDGEPORT MILLS )
Manual lathe operations can accommodate 10" O.D X 48" in length(long),many shaftapplications have been done on these machines. Our Bridgeport type mills are standard sizes all with digital readouts and automatic bed slides (servo).

FABRICATING , WELDING
We offer basic fabricating and welding services along with the machining process to our customers upon request.

We outsource these services to a specialized ISO9001 approved vendor. Each vendor is audited thoroughly for quality assurance.

HEAT TREATING , ANODIZE , ETC...
We outsource these services to a specialized ISO9001 approved vendor. Each vendor is audited thoroughly for quality assurance.
All our equipment is in superior condition and regularly maintained on a day to day basis and a full service check done by our original machine manufacturer every 6 months. A equipment maintenance schedule report can be shown to all customers.
